Essential Workers in New York City: One Year In

It has been one year since New York City was first warned about the spreading virus known as Covid-19 and put on lockdown, to understand how the past year impacted the lives of essential workers four NYU journalism students set out to speak with essential workers.

This project was done for an NYU journalism course focused on multimedia. I was responsible for filming interviews and collecting b-roll imagery. Together we planned, who we would speak to, when and were we would film, and the questions that would be asked. I also assisted with audio transcription and editing of the script that was used to edit the video together.
